What good is excellent quality if you do not handle the product properly? Our facilities have computer-controlled cooling throughout and annually receive excellent ratings on the NSF Cook&Thurber food and safety inspections. A HACCP program is in place at each facility and is managed by a on-staff microbiologist. The cold chain that is essential to produce and the proper handling procedures are maintained from the fields to your door.
